At bakkafrostshop.com, we are committed to delivering our premium products directly to your doorstep with efficiency and care. Below you'll find all the details you need regarding our shipping policy within the United States.

Shipping Coverage

We exclusively ship to addresses within the continental United States. Currently, we do not offer shipping to Puerto Rico.

Order Processing

Orders are processed during regular business hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM EST, excluding public holidays. Orders placed outside these hours will be processed on the next business day. To ensure freshness of our products to all customers, we ship exclusively on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Orders are cut off on Mondays 5 PM EST for Tuesday deliveries, and cut off on Tuesdays 5 PM EST for Wednesday deliveries. If your order comes in after 5 PM EST on Tuesday it will be processed the next Tuesday.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and the weight of your order. Free Home Shipping is available over $129 spending in the states Zone 1 and 2.

 

Please note, these are estimated times and actual delivery can vary due to factors outside of our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package's progress to your door.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Don't forget to take photo evidence of any issues that may occur.
